Rezeda was born in 1977 in Naberezhnye Chelny. From 1989 to 1993, she studied at the Children’s Art School in the art department in Naberezhnye Chelny. She received her higher education in «Architecture» at Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering from 1995 to 2001.
From 2001 to 2023, she worked as a specialist in urban planning. Since 2012, she has been painting. Since 2021, she has been studying with a professional artist in an online school run by Svetlana Rumak.
